It is a live working session applying conversion methodology to your specific project before it gets built. We cover CRO fundamentals for your business and audience, marketing positioning and lead generation strategy, and the conversion priorities that decide what gets built first. You leave with decisions, not a reading list.

Basic is a 30-minute session with a 1-page priorities blueprint and your top 5 conversion fixes. Standard is a 1-hour deep-dive with a page-by-page conversion plan and CTA and proof placement. Premium adds a full CRO audit with video and 2 build checkpoints. All three include UX analysis and conversion funnel optimization.

Before, every time. Structural decisions are cheap to change in a conversation and expensive to change in a built site. If your site already exists, the session still works, but it becomes a diagnosis rather than a plan, which is why the Premium package pairs it with a full CRO audit.

No. Basic and Standard are built for projects that do not exist yet, and that is where they produce the most value. Premium includes a CRO audit, so it assumes you have a site to audit. If you have nothing yet, Standard is the right depth.

Two moments where you come back mid-project to check the build against the plan. The first usually happens once the structure exists but before the design is finished; the second before launch. They exist because the hard decisions never happen at the start, they happen when reality contradicts the plan.

Your business, your main goal and your website URL if you have one. Anything else helps: your competitors, your traffic sources, what you have already tried, your budget and your team size. Your capacity to execute matters as much as your ambition, so be honest about what you can actually ship.

Not in this service. The session delivers the plan and the priorities. If you want the architecture, the Shopify build or a CRO audit afterwards, I offer those as separate gigs on my profile. Many clients take the session first specifically to know which of those they actually need.
