Every redesign starts with a diagnosis. Rebuilding a store without knowing what was costing it sales just produces a better-looking store with the same problem.

Basic is the audit and the plan. A full CRO audit of your store with a 30-minute video walkthrough and a detailed written action plan. You will know exactly what to redesign, in what order, and why. Take it and execute it yourself, or use it as the brief for the redesign.

Standard and Premium are the redesigned store. Five or seven pages rebuilt on your theme: homepage, collection, product and about, plus the pages of your choice. Every page goes through the same CRO audit and UX analysis first, then the conversion funnel is rebuilt around what the audit found.

What makes this different: the redesign is built on 600+ audits and real e-commerce data, not on global design trends. The focus is buyer psychology, friction reduction and trust-building. And one person handles both the strategy and the execution, so nothing is lost in a handoff between an auditor and a designer.

Scope note. This gig covers theme-based front-end work. Backend setup (API, widgets and apps, taxes, shipping) and product imports are not included. The paid theme itself is not included in the Standard and Premium packages.

Do I need to change my Shopify theme for a redesign?

Not necessarily. Many redesigns work within the existing theme, extended with custom Liquid sections where it falls short. Sometimes the audit shows the theme itself is the limitation, and switching is cheaper than fighting it. The paid theme is not included in the packages, so I will tell you before we start whether yours can carry the redesign.

Will my products, orders and customer data be affected by the redesign?

No. The redesign works on the storefront theme, not on your catalog, orders or customers. I work on a duplicate of your theme, and the live store keeps running normally until you publish the new version. Your data is never touched, and nothing changes for your customers until you decide.

What do you need to redesign my Shopify store?

Your store URL, collaborator access through a Shopify collaborator code, and your main goal or problem. Your analytics help a lot: conversion rate, top traffic sources, where people drop off. If you have run tests or collected customer feedback, send that too. It usually points straight at the pages that matter most.

Does the redesign include backend setup or product imports?

No, this gig covers theme-based front-end work. Backend setup including API connections, apps and widgets, tax and shipping configuration, and product imports are outside the scope. The redesign is built around your existing products, which stay exactly where they are.
